During the Webinar,  Aaron, Jim, and Dan discussed the difference between overt & covert listening, how to recruit, alert, and engage panel and community members through the use of social media technologies and applications, how to incorporate and integrate social media into your own business/brand strategy, and provided some key takeaways for market researchers, brands, and businesses.
